Initial consultations cost £150, which includes a review of your intake forms, an hour virtual consultation and an in-depth report for you to keep.
The report is an individualised write up containing details of dietary and lifestyle changes that will help reduce your symptom burden and improve your health. It is more than a food plan, aiming to educate and empower you to construct your diet and adapt your lifestyle going forwards.
The number of consultations required is entirely up to each individual. Follow up consultations without a report are £80
Most clients book in for a follow-up consultation every couple of months to discuss progress, ask questions and to continue learning.
I am based in England, UK. I often work with international clients as consultations take place on Zoom. I work in BST (summer) and GMT (winter), however can work flexibly to find a time that suits us both.
Clients can send over any previous testing they have done for me to review. I also often recommend a GI Map by Diagnostic Labs or an OAT test to look at a variety of aspects that can drive gut issues and detoxification pathways, but they are not essential to work with me.
